Delaware to South Carolina Move. I contacted Nationwide over a year ago to move my home from Delaware to South Carolina. I worked with Laurie Osorio Senior Relocation Specialist, as our plans and needs changed we needed to make a partial move for now. I never made an interstate move before, she walked me through all the important details I needed to know..She gave great advice whether I hired them or another carrier. Her honest and caring answers indicated to me she understood the importance of making a good decision in selecting a moving carrier. She was always available for questions and suggestions. Our move was a success and they worked with my pick up schedule and delivery date. The crew they sent, husband and wife team Kenneth and Bree were amazing. They were quick, efficient and 100% professional! Not only were they the pick up team they were the delivery team, I was excited about my delivery a week later, and also couldn\'t wait to see them! We will be making another move later in 2019, and I can\'t even imagine hiring anyone else! You are in good hands with this company, They gave me a great piece of mind. Moving is no fun, but they made it a good experience for us. I wish I could leave a 10 star review!

2 days before Thanksgiving I received a call in the evening that night staying that the buyers of my home wanted to close earlier than expected. So I said I would have to find a moving co that could do this with only 2 days notice. I called Nationwide, & spoke to Susanna. NO PROBLEM SHE said I could have the truck there on Monday. She made everything so easy ! I was called on Friday stating that they would be there Monday morning, & Clotaire would be in charge of the move. Well, Clotaire came with his crew of 2 others. Clotaire was so down to earth, caring & very respectable. He really took charge ! They came in and did all the work, wrapping each piece of furniture with blankets, moving all the boxes, and loading the truck. These guys worked all day from 10:am-7:00pm with no breaks !! Clotaire gave me his cell number in case I needed anything. I felt so at ease knowing my belongings were with him. I was moving from Davie FL to Rehoboth Beach. I received a call every day from someosomeone at Nationwide to let me know if I needed anything they were here for me. Clotaire arrived in DE & had to take my things to a storage co. My son met him there, and informed me that everything was unloaded, &he was so impressed with how they put thing in order in the storage! Let me tell you, I wouldn't go with anyone else but Nationwide Van Lines. Clotaire, Suzanna, Todd, Rick, & Heather made a stressful situation turn into a non stressful move. I can't thank all of you enough for be so personel, but professional,& caring. Clotaire you are the best !! Thank you so much,, I can't say enough good things about you Nationwide Van Lines is # 1 !! I would highly recommend them, & I would most definitely use them again Marie

Augustin and his crew were so helpful and professional during our move from Florida to Delaware. It was a quick turnaround and they were excellent. I did not appreciate the 5 emails and three phone calls regarding having the balance payment in certified check form ready, but the rest of the process was handled very well.

From the first phone call to the last box loaded,the staff has been amazing,helpful,and professional. In a quick timeframe we managed to get a proposal-finalize the move,The packers and movers were so helpful and knowledgeable. It made a stressful time very easy.
